This session is both structured and un programmed session. You can choose weather to follow a set programmed with a coach or do your own thing.
Learn, Stay Fit and HAVE FUN! Gymnastics is a group of exercises that develops difficult skills, physical agility and co-ordination. The modern sport of gymnastics typically involves exercises on bars, beam, floor, and vault.
Must be a member or become a member of British Gymnastics.
This is around £24 for the year.
