Boys do different apparatus in gymnastics. Gymnastics is a group of exercises that develops difficult skills, physical agility and co-ordination. The modern sport of gymnastics typically involves exercises on high bar, floor, and vault. It is only recreational gymnastics, so we aim to do around 1 competition a year, however this is optional. We work on the technique of each move before progressing onto harder ones. We make sure we push the gymnasts to there max ability so they are always working on new skills and improving old ones at the same time.
